	United Fence Contractors operates its business in accordance with the business principles and philosophy which have served as the foundation for the successes enjoyed by each of the UFC branch companies over many years. United Fence Contractors was formed in 2001 by several leading companies in the fence contracting and installation industry. Each company continues to be a significant business in its local market, and put together they derived many benefits - such as preferred customer status with major fence suppliers and manufacturers; greater financial power; streamlined overhead costs; national marketing; and the spread of risk to multiple markets. Positioned as such, UFC stands ready to become a dominant force in the national fence contracting and installation industry. UFC presently has locations in Oregon, Missouri, California and Texas. Because UFC founders were once family-owned companies, United Fence Contractors understands the special issues facing family-owned businesses as well as their unique culture. As a result, United Fence Contractors has a particular interest in and acquisitions of investments in other family-owned fence companies.
